We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful area with stunning views of the valley. The hotel's proximity to the airport made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and laundry services available. The rooms were beautifully designed and well-equipped with amenities such as a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The hotel's restaurant offered a delicious dining experience, with a wide variety of options on the menu. The ambiance of the restaurant, adorned with fascinating pictures depicting the essence of the country, made our meals even more enjoyable. The decor of the rooms was nice with African touches. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of dishes and the location was convenient for exploring the city center.
The rooms were not very clean, with dust accumulation on the floors and surfaces. the hot water was not consistent in the shower.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area close to the airport and has a restaurant with fascinating pictures reflecting the culture of Namibia. the spacious rooms have well, stocked minibars, private terraces, and superb bathrooms. the air, conditioned rooms are well, decorated with character. the helpful staff provides excellent service and a warm welcome. Guests can enjoy the small swimming pool and well, priced meals in the restaurant.
It may be hard to locate the hotel as the signage is not adequate.

Amazing staff, friendly and attentive. Intimate atmosphere with only 7 suites. Convenient location, 20 minutes walk from downtown. Great amenities, like Nespresso machine and free port and sherry. Staff goes above and beyond, providing hot water bottles and balm.

Het hotel heeft een perfecte locatie, vlakbij een prachtig bos en met goede openbaar vervoersverbindingen naar zowel het beursgebouw als het stadscentrum. Het is dus ideaal voor zakenreizigers die de beurs moeten bezoeken, maar natuurlijk voor toeristen die de stad willen verkennen. Natuurlijk kunt u binnen enkele minuten verschillende winkels en restaurants vinden, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om inkopen te doen of een hapje te eten. Met deze centrale ligging kunt u zowel van de natuur als de stad genieten.
Helaas zijn de kamers wat gedateerd en zijn er tapijten die mogelijk niet altijd even hygiënisch zijn.
